Health assessment


Feeling
Give two suggestions of what somebody could do themselves to effectively manage this feeling:
Annoyed
  1. Have some alone time.
  2. Listen to music.
Angry
  1. Listen to music.
  2. Talk to someone who is supportive and understanding.
Jealous
  1. Talk to someone about it.
  2. Move on.
Shame
  1. Breathe and let it pass for a bit.
  2. Take a break.
Regret
  1. Apologise if necessary.
  2. Set goals so as not to repeat the same behaviour.
Sad/upset
  1. Let your emotions out don’t hold them in.
  2. Cry on someone’s shoulder.
Shocked
  1. Take a Moment to let it set in and then deal with what has just happened.
  2. Talk to someone about it afterwards.
Confused
  1. Ask for some help.
  2. Rethink the situation.
Anxious
  1. Have a think and a drink just take a moment to breathe then deal with the situation.
  2. Just relax for a bit then get into it.
Nervous
  1. Breathe and get a snack.
  2. And talk to someone that understands you.
