Give two suggestions of what somebody could do themselves to effectively manage this feeling:

  1. Have some alone time.

  1. Talk to someone about it.

  1. Breathe and let it pass for a bit.

  1. Apologise if necessary.
  2. Set goals so as not to repeat the same behaviour.

  1. Let your emotions out don’t hold them in.
  2. Cry on someone’s shoulder.

  1. Take a Moment to let it set in and then deal with what has just happened.
  2. Talk to someone about it afterwards.

  1. Ask for some help.

Yesterday Jameila , Grace W and i finished gantt chart. Today we are going to be researching what we need and how we are going to be making/fixing the schools hexagon picnic table. The improvements from the table we are fixing will be the paint job, and some of the seats because they're almost broken.

We made something like this we don't have the photos sorry. The design was quite basic and easy to make but we couldn't work out why our water wasn't coming out clean, we came to a conclusion that the charcoal was making our water dark. We tried taking out the charcoal but out water was still dirty i recommend not using our tech-neck.
